Organise Lab was founded by trade unionists, technologists, and campaigners in April 2024 to make the case for digital innovation across the trade union movement. We work with unions, academics, and think tanks to bring together recommendations that will bring the labour movement in the UK into the 21st Century. We advocate for trade unions that are streamlined and work for the workers, with the archaic structures that prevent the transformation of the movement.
